Francophone Mobility Work Permit

We can assist you with filing an application if you have a willing employer and meet the following requirements:1.

1. You meet the general requirements to be issued a work permit such as ability to leave Canada when your permit expires, have enough funds, be in good health and no criminal or security concerns.

2. You must plan to live and work in any province or territory outside of Quebec

3. Have French speaking and listening skills at intermediate level (NCLC Level 5)

4. Have an LMIA-Exempt Job Offer from an employer under any Teer NOC code (0,1,2,3,4 or 5)

You employer must be willing to submit an official offer of employment through IRCC’s Employer Portal and pay a $230 compliance fee. They should also be willing to share their business information and participate in any future compliance inspections.
